  • Microsoft 365 Copilot: using AI inside Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook - practical walkthroughs
  • Google Workspace AI: Docs, Sheets, and Meet summaries for managers using Google tools
  • AI for presentations: Canva AI, Gamma, Kimi, and Copilot in PowerPoint/Google Slides for faster deck creation
  • Automating repetitive tasks: data entry, scheduling, report formatting, and email triage with AI
  • General document and process management using Notion
  • Research-based document and content creation with provided sources: NotebookLM by Google and Perplexity AI
  • Project management tools: Jira, ClickUp, and Trello
  • Workshop: participants build a personal 1-week productivity upgrade plan using available AI tools

Learning Outcome: Participants identify at least 3 specific tasks in their current role that can be automated or accelerated using AI tools available today.

  • Data dashboards: interpreting AI-driven analytics without being a data analyst (Using Power BI data dashboards or Looker Studio by Google)
  • Using AI for market research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting relevant to the current market
  • AI for forecasting: practical applications in sales, HR attrition, supply chain, and financial risk
  • Nepal-specific case study: live business scenario analysis using AI tools in a group setting
