Role Description

The Nepali Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching the Nepali language to students of varying proficiency levels, and evaluating their progress. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, providing feedback, maintaining records of students’ performance, and promoting effective communication in Nepali.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Nepali language, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Ability to develop lesson plans, create teaching materials, and effectively manage classroom activities
• Experience in education, teaching, or training with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, patient, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
• A bachelor’s degree in Nepali, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience or certification in language instruction is an advantage
